Emirates International School- Jumeirah held a charity event in
association with Si Fashion Galerie Boutique. “Runway to Relief” Fashion Show
& Charity Auction organized by two sixteen year old students Harsh Sajnani
and Revna Adnani with an “Eye candy” theme, raised over AED 24.000 for the UNICEF
and Red Crescent charity organizations.
The event also featured a catwalk by special needs kids, which set the
crowd in awe.
The catwalk models (10th-13th grade students) had
dazzled the stage in a nineteen vibrant cocktail dresses created by the Si
Fashion Galerie especially for this event.
Over 400 guests attended the event and took part in the auction, where
sixteen dresses was sold, some with the highest bid of AED 750, and the
remaining gowns will be sold at the EIS-J school premises in the coming week
with all proceeds going towards the same charities.
